Donna Marie Perry and Heather Harris, friends since 7-yrs-old, decided after visiting a favorite consignment shop that selling items and space was the business for them. Utilizing Perry’s father’s empty building attached to his auto repair shop -- a business was born.
A consignment shop sells your unneeded items for you which is different than a thrift store in that the items being sold are not donations. Anyone can rent a space in the store by deciding how big a space they need. The units are measured by the square foot and the monthly rent is determined by how big a space is being used.
However all items have not been selling well – especially collectibles.
