Debrina Walker and her fiance, Mitchell Pirre have grown up in Philadelphia their whole life. At 22 Walker is attempting to take her first driver's test this morning. "I'm scared and nervous," said Walker as she pulled up to the parallel parking spot at penndot to work on her skills. Pirre has lived in West Oak Lane his whole life and says that he loves the neighborhood because it is chill and has a rich history of jazz. Pirre said his uncle, Dr. Layrose, owns a jazz cub in the area and there are a lot of old jazz heads that live in the area. Pire attended Kutztown University with a degree in Biology and taught school for a couple years after college. Walker and Pirre are going to be married next fall but right now Walker just wants to pass her driver's test.
